Learn What to Expect at Needler Chiropractic

Welcome! We understand that visiting a chiropractic office for the first time can be nerve-racking. If you've never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not know what to expect when you come to our office. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.

That's why at Needler Chiropractic our goal is to remove any unnecessary stress or tension and make you feel comfortable during your visit with our chiropractor.

Payment Options

Our office is a self-pay office.  As a self-pay office, we do not accept insurance nor do we send claims to insurance.  This means you will be responsible for paying for your treatments on the day of service.  If you wish to send the bills to your insurance, you will need to let the office know. Once the office knows, the information to do so will be provided to you in the form of a receipt.

We accept cash, checks, and most forms of credit/debit cards.

Patient Forms

Entering our office will make you rest assured you are in very capable caring hands. Our caring and friendly staff will greet you and answer any questions you may have about your visit.

We will give you a set of new patient forms for you to complete. The paperwork provides us with your personal information, health history, and information about your condition so we will know how to best treat you and what your primary concerns are.

Consult/Exam/Treatment

Once you have completed your paperwork you will be taken to your Doctor’s treatment room once there is one available.  Next, you will have a consultation with your Doctor to discuss your health-related problems and concerns.  During that time the Doctor will determine which exams are necessary to perform to evaluate your condition and perform them.  Once the examination is completed treatment options will be discussed and provided if the patient’s consent is given.  During this visit, you will also discuss a treatment plan if one is needed.
